Thank you for shopping at Bull City Styles. We are proud to offer unique designs and custom apparel. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Third-Party Fulfillment

To ensure the highest quality prints and a wide range of products, Bull City Styles partners with trusted third-party fulfillment centers. We do not stock or ship items from a physical location in Durham.

  • Production Time: Because our products are made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be created before it is shipped.

  • Split Shipments: If you order multiple items (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may be shipped from different third-party facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, standard shipping times apply.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days after production (Domestic US).

  • Please note: Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guarantees.

3. Limitation of Liability (Important)

Bull City Styles does not own or operate the shipping services used to deliver your order. Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.), it is the sole responsibility of that carrier to deliver the package to you.

  • We have no control over shipping delays, lost packages, or routing errors.

  • Shipping delays caused by weather, high volume (holidays), or carrier operational issues are not a reflection of Bull City Styles and are outside of our control.

  • We are unable to speed up delivery or contact the driver once the package is in transit.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier's system.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Bull City Styles is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing.

  • If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • We recommend providing a secure delivery address to prevent theft.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Because our third-party partners process orders immediately, we are often unable to change a shipping address once an order is placed. Bull City Styles is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided by the customer.
